A major gay newspaper goes out of business putting people out of work with no benefits. WWJD? Apparently email former reporters to gloat about it.
A prominent D.C. reverend who campaigns against same-sex marriage sent an e-mail to a former reporter for the Washington Blade, the gay weekly that abruptly closed after its bankrupt owner ceased operations Monday. It was one sentence long, and it was terse:
The shutdown of the Blade is a sign from God.
This “prominent D.C. reverend” is living in a glass house. If you throw stones, you will get stones thrown back at you. Time to out every friend, family member, and co-worker of this “prominent D.C. reverend”. Hubris is not a virtue.
