There is a debtors’ revolt going on over on YouTube. Basically when the credit card companies raise the interest rate, people revolt and pledge not to stop paying. The woman who started this was on Suze Orman tonight. Bank of America jacked up her rate to 30% from 12.99% despite the fact that she was always on time with her payments.
