Strange news today. Homobigot and gay marriage hater Bishop C. Anthony Muse is trying to unseat popular US Senator Ben Cardin of Maryland. Bishop C. Anthony Muse is a current Maryland State Senator and married to longtime NBC Channel 4 news anchor Pat Lawson Muse who is also First Lady of their anti-gay church Ark of Safety in suburban Maryland (Prince George’s County).

Someone needs to look into why it is okay for new anchor Pat Lawson Muse to hate gay people and gay families. Viewers need to know that a very popular Channel 4 new anchor is biased against gays and lesbians. Biased journalists should not to be employed in the Washington Area. I don’t think she can be objective when reporting on gay families and/or gay issues. Did anyone see how irritated she was when she reported on the death of DC gay rights pioneer Frank Kameny? She is clearly not a friend of the gay/lesbian community in Washington.
Awesome trailer for the Hell House in Trinity Church in Cedar Hill, Texas. This is the same Christian church that is featured in the documentary Hell House. The ideal behind a “Hell House” is to provide an alternative to Halloween by featuring real-life horrors like abortion, drug use, homosexuality, domestic violence, and teen pregnancy. At the end of the Hell House you are asked to say a prayer. It is a cool ideal however I don’t agree with the message it sends young people. In the movie one young man is upset about the portrayal of a young homosexual dying of AIDS. I think something like that goes too far and judges people. Nonetheless, the trailer is cool.
House Republicans have agreed to a new contract to pay a private law firm up to $1.5 million to defend the Defense of Marriage Act, which bans same-sex marriage on the federal level.

It is very disappointing that the police in Iowa are not investigating the violent beating of a young gay man, Marcellus Andrews, in Waterloo, Iowa as a hate crime. A vigil was held last night. Federal officials need to investigate this as a hate crime.
